María Elena Alamo
Maria Elena is originally from Chile, where she worked as a Journalist and Social Communicator specialized in public relations and events.
Before joining the Netherlands Business Support Office in Texas, she worked at the Greater Houston Partnership, where she learned about global business, trade missions and international relations.
Additionally, Maria Elena worked for seven years as a Communications Specialist for the German company Siemens, where she developed her expertise in marketing communications, corporate events, and social media.
As a part of the NBSO Texas team, Maria Elena gathers her passion for international affairs and communications, coordinating different activities to help Dutch companies to develop business in Texas.
