On Friday, Nov 4th, 2022 NBSO Texas hosted the first “Energy & Transition Dutch networking lunch”, a series of meetings organized in collaboration with the Netherlands America Foundation and IPS, in attendance of multiple Dutch business representatives in the Houston area, advancing network support for Energy and Energy Transition topics.
The first session was opened by NBSO Chief Representative Baukje “Bee” Kothuis, and our new Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Houston, Aura Cuellar. A content presentation on Geothermal innovative technology delivered by Henk Jelsma, owner of Radial Drilling, ignited a lively discussion and knowledge exchange.
Over a great Italian lunch, new connections were made and ideas about new technologies and their challenges were deliberated on. Future Energy & Transition Dutch networking lunches will be held quarterly and cover both E&T technologies and business-specific topics.
